In the whole of this week that has passed, I realised that my friends are for me, my family is for me, and my God is for me. So if He is for me, who can be against me?

Last first week

So, the last first week of school for me is over. It’s been nearly the four longest days of my school life.. EVER. At the end of Monday, it felt like Wednesday, and on Tuesday it felt like the week is never ending. Alas, I get Fridays off and that makes Thursday my last day of the school week, except for meetings and other stuff.

Tomorrow it’s back to the familiar grounds of UWA for a little craft work (which I thoroughly enjoy!), followed by afternoon gallivanting in the city and curry puff night! – our cell group’s celebration for the end of bible in 90 days (+ a month). :D Saturday’s Jem’s back-to-motherland party, and Sunday’s church.

On a somewhat unrelated note, I think I might keep sourdough starters as pets. :)

.. stay. but i have church tomorrow morning.

i want to continue blogging, but this period i’m going through can’t been published on the interwebs yet. i can blog a whole post about why i can’t blog and it’ll amount to a great amount of nothingness i don’t think it’s any way worth spending my time. but with every word i write, i’m contributing to above said nothingness.

i will be back when i have something to say to the internet. sorry for the sad disappointment of an entry.

Holiday Hiatus

It’s only fair to let you know officially that I am in sunny Singapore, and will be for a few more weeks. Meanwhile, blogging might be sporadic, or at worst cases, non-existent.

But it doesn’t mean that I don’t love you. (:

Twilight zone

Bryan aptly put it when he said that Singapore is like a twilight fun zone for us. It has become increasingly so as we traveled to and fro two lands. Indeed Singapore is more fun with late night shopping and 24hour restaurants and relatively cheaper cab prices (lol), especially when your friends are on holiday too. :D:D

But yes, it’s been a week of awesome catchups, time spent with family, doing things I’ve never done before – like talking to every auntie at the cashier and greeting the bus driver when i get on and off the bus. I thank God because there’s been crazy and heartwarming conversations, and there are TONS of the laughing till tears come out kind of moments, and quality time spent with the family. (:

I’ve been neglecting this space, but I’m sure you’ll forgive me when you see the (food) pictures on Facebook. So if you’re not my friend on FB, email/leave a comment and give me your address and I’ll add you.
